3. Business customers
NexTan subscriptions are intended for businesses and professionals using the service in their work. A demo request does not by itself create a paid subscription or a payment obligation.
4. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the software and branding belong to Power Tan or their respective owners. A subscription grants a right to use the service on the agreed terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Customer-entered data remains under the customer’s responsibility and does not become Power Tan’s property.
5. Applicable documents
Commercial conditions are set out in the accepted proposal and the subscription terms identified at enrolment. The privacy, cookies and data processing pages address different purposes and responsibilities. Publishing these documents does not replace acceptance of the contract by the customer’s representative.
