1. Contact Power Tan
Email info@nextan.eu with the customer identity, issue, relevant facts and requested solution. Do not send passwords or third-party clinical information. Power Tan reviews the request and seeks a written resolution without restricting access to legally competent bodies.
2. Business contracts
NexTan is marketed for business use. A dispute between businesses about a contract made in their professional activity is not, for that reason alone, a consumer dispute. Consumer arbitration jurisdiction and information duties depend on the relationship and the rules applicable to the case. This distinction does not remove any mandatory rights that do apply.
3. Complaints Book and official information
The official Electronic Complaints Book is available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/Inicio/. Portugal’s Directorate-General for Consumers provides guidance on alternative dispute resolution bodies. Where consumer law applies, the competent body must be identified by its subject matter and territorial scope. Listing these channels does not declare voluntary membership of a particular arbitration centre.
4. Applicable law and rights
The parties may seek agreement and use competent out-of-court or judicial remedies under the law. This page does not impose a waiver of rights or exclusive arbitration. For personal data matters, the right to complain to the CNPD remains available.
